In our beautiful and brand new home you can retreat and enjoy the tranquility - in good weather also the view of the mountains. By bus, tram and bike you are everywhere in 15 minutes, where something is going on. And in the evening you come back to our paradise with a large garden and seating area and don't even notice that you are still in the city. The space The room is part of our 4.5-room top floor apartment. We, Noemi (f) & Lene (f), live here as a shared apartment. While I, Lene, am visiting my home in Germany, I sublet my room. Unfortunately, we will not meet, but Noemi will be there. Our apartment is one of 5 tenants in a listed house with a huge garden. In addition to us, there are two families with a total of 5 girls between 1 and 5, as well as two couples. The coexistence is cordial, whereby everyone has their own everyday life. Except for children's voices that can be heard from afar from time to time, you are in an absolutely quiet place here - although the highway entrance and the hustle and bustle of the city are not far away. Our apartment has just been newly expanded and renovated. Everything is fresh, clean and as modern and high quality as possible. That's why we love this place very much and want guests who do too. Particularly pleasant are the beautiful wooden floors that are located throughout the apartment. The highlight is the luxurious and stylish bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub. The room is equipped with a 1.60 m wide bed. Guest access You have your own bedroom (12 m²) with a skylight and beautiful afternoon/evening sun. With Noemi you share the very spacious and open living, dining and cooking area, as well as the bathroom with shower and free-standing bathtub and a separate toilet. During your stay When you are our guest, I, Lene, will not be there, but you will meet Noemi. She has her job and her hobbies. When she is at home, she enjoys both retreat and being together. That means you'll meet her sometimes and not others. If you have any questions, Noemi will be happy to assist you on site and I will be available for you online.
