Bathroom # 2 - Is on the second floor in the hallway and it is shared by bedrooms # 2 and # 3. it contains a shower, bathtub, and dual sinks. Bathroom # 3 - Is on the first floor, across the hallway from bedroom #4. This bathroom has a shower and a single sink. The neighborhood is a quiet cul-de-sac, just 2 minutes from Chinatown restaurants and shops, and a 7-minute drive to the very center of the Strip and major casinos. Easy access to Red Rock Recreational area, Pahrump, and Death Valley National Park. About 2 hours drive to Grand Canyon (AZ) or Zion national park (UT). The house was built in the 1980's and features tile floors downstairs, with carpet upstairs and in the downstairs bedroom. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom, and in the lower living room. The upper living room has a very high ceiling. heating and air-conditioning system with NEST; stainless steel GE smart fridge with ice and filtered water dispenser, new washer and dryer set, gas range, electric oven, and outdoor natural gas grill. The kitchen contains the appliances and equipment to cook meals, and essential dishes and cutlery. There's a rice cooker, a 10-cup coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, a microwave, electric oven, a gas range, a smart fridge with ice & water, pots, pans, colanders, can openers, cups, mugs, plates, etc. We provide towels, shampoo, and bed linens. TV is 60” smart TV in the family room with ROKU — use your own sign-in for specialty TV services From the house, you can walk to an Asian shopping center where there are different restaurants and a market. You can drive down a city street to get to the middle of the Las Vegas Strip. Check out your map view to see the general area and proximity to Las Vegas Boulevard. We are 2 1/2 miles west of Treasure Island and Caesar's Palace. Guest access You get the whole house, yards, pool, patio, and BBQ area, and a dual circular driveway for your private free parking. The garage is kept for the hosts stored car. ****Guest may not sublet the house and may not offer it out for any type of rental short or long***** Other things to note No pets or animals are allowed. If any garbage is left in the swimming pool, there will be a $100 charge. Cigarette butts anywhere on the ground or in the house will result in an automatic $300 charge for cleanup and deodorizing. Missing and/or damaged household items will be assessed at replacement value.
