This coastal studio is small (285SF) like a basic hotel room, but in a great location in Gulf Shores. If you want to have fun in the sun and walk across the street to the State Beach, festivals, Hangout with live bands, Pink Pony beach bar and grill, loads of shopping too… you are at the right place! The space This building is a converted historic hotel so rooms are small (285SF - WITHOUT a VIEW or BALCONY) but if you just need a place to sleep and have fun, you are in the best part of town to experience the State beach by day, restaurants and entertainment at night. Park and walk everywhere. One parking pass is INCLUDED in our rental rate. Other buildings charge $50-$60 for a pass so we are an affordable option at the beach! The towing company is active at the beach so PLEASE remember to put your PASS ON YOUR DASH AND PARK IN THE DESIGNATED BEACHVIEW PARKING LOT ACROSS THE STREET BEHIND THE BUILDING. OR YOU WILL BE TOWED. Our housekeeping, linen and towels, laundry fees, taxes, and Airbnb platform and credit card fees are added to the rent. We do not rent off the Airbnb platform so please don't ask. We rent to adults 19+, 2 to a room and are zoned to do short term rentals. No smoking, parties or pets please. We will charge you our cost to mitigate damage to the room. We ask you to be respectful of other guests and our space so we can continue to offer it for Airbnb guest stays. Guest access You will have access to our room, common laundry (bring quarters $1.75 per wash and $1.75 for dry), and parking under building for CARS ONLY and our back parking lot for SUV's and TRUCKS. You will be sent a KABA door code to your AIRBNB MESSAGE THREAD after your confirmation. Please write down your code and enter the code exactly as it is sent in the AIRBNB MESSAGE THREAD. If you cant access your room MESSAGE ME on AIRBNB and I will help you. Other things to note Across from the Gulf Shores Public Beach and 6 mins to the Gulf State Park and Shelby Lake. Take a bike ride through the 6150 acres on a free bike. Bike pick up station is located close to Woodside Restaurant. Trip Advisor Travelers' Choice Awards 2024! We have a water heating system located on the second floor towards the back of the building so if you shower really early or late (when other guests are not using the hot water) it may take a few mins for the hot water to get to you.
