You have a private entry as well! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire suite. Shark Bait has 1 parking spot which are located directly in front of the suite on the 301 Portsmouth Ave side of the building. Other things to note We do not offer refunds, credits, or date changes due to inclement weather, storms, hurricanes, tropical systems, excessive heat or cold, poor beach conditions, beach closures, water quality advisories, red flag warnings, or any other weather- or government-related conditions that may impact your stay or the use of local attractions.
