Large modern villa in the archipelago

Modern, colorful accommodation with large social areas. The house is in a quiet area with walking distance to the cozy center with shops, grocery store, restaurants etc. Several beaches and rock pools are only a 10-minute walk away. Large south-facing terrace with barbecue grill, dining area, lounge, sun chairs and spa pool. Connected kitchen, dining area, living room and patio. 3 bedrooms of which 1 with 180 double bed and others with 105 bed. 2 additional mattresses are offered if needed. The space NOTE - our nice and kind kitten Julius (10 months) lives in the house and would like to have some company and food (dry food) daily. We have a cat flap so he goes in and out as he wishes. The home is personally decorated but we will clear out so that you can fit your things in the fridge, a shelf in the freezer and access to clothing storage if desired. Fun fact - Our home has been featured in several interior design magazines as well as in the TV show "Vem bor här" (Who lives here) which aired in January 2024. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for an office and a walk-in closet. We use these rooms to store personal belongings. Other things to note In hot weather without rain, the plants in our garden need to be watered. Guests choose if they want to do this themselves or if the neighbor goes into the garden to fix it.
