The space Hosting Safety and Registration Policy In our commitment to guarantee the safety and tranquility of all people who reside and visit the building, strict access control measures and administrative procedures have been implemented. Not only do these measures protect the facilities, but they also ensure a safe and tidy environment for everyone. Access Control The building has a comprehensive security system that includes 24-hour surveillance, trained staff and controlled access technology. These features allow only authorized people to enter the premises. Registration and Verification In order to maintain proper control and prevent any inconvenience, all guests are requested to be pre-registered in the building management. This registration process includes: • Presentation of a valid government ID. • Full name registration of guests. • Specification of the length of your stay. Upon completion of this procedure, guests are authorized to access the building without hiccups, contributing to the overall security of the property. Resident Responsibilities Residents are requested to tone in advance of the administration regarding the arrival of their guests, providing the necessary information for their registration. This prevents any inconvenience at the time of access. Consequences of Breach Failure to comply with this procedure could result in delays in access or, in more serious cases, denial of entrance to the building. These measures are necessary to safeguard the integrity of all persons who make use of the property. USE OF PARKING Parking can be shared (this means agreeing with the person you are sharing with) You cannot use other than the assigned place as the car will be immobilized and you will have to pay a fine of $3,000.00 Pesos Mexicanos. Vehicle data (plates,model and color) will be requested to be able to register it at the reception and assign place. Parking only sleeps small cars (autos sedan or small SUV trucks. For larger trucks there is a public parking lot on the side of the building and this has an additional cost. Safety engagement Rules of procedure. 1.- It is forbidden to hinder the hallways of the condominium with any objects, pots, signs, sanitizing charolas, carpets, rags, jergas, decorative elements or scrap that could hinder the passage of the residents. PETS 1.- Pets must be moved on leash and always accompanied by their owners. 2.- Pets have the right to free transit through hallways, stairs and elevators as long as it is with a conveyor or leash. 3.- Pets will have access to the Roof Garden and Asadores as long as they use leash and always accompanied by their owners. 4.- Homeowners are required to clean any waste from their pet. 6.- The animal is prohibited from being noisy during hours of rest. 7.- Any damage to the premises will be the responsibility of the pet owner who has generated it and must cover the expenses arising from the repairs. 8.- Any damage and/or aggression to the neighbors or the pets of other condominiums shall be the responsibility of the owner of the pet that has generated it and shall cover the expenses incurred in compensating the damages. 9.- Pets will not be able to access the building amenities except those indicated in point 3 (Roof Garden) 10.- Pets may have free traffic in parking lots as long as they use leash and always accompanied by their owners however it is forbidden to recreate in said area as well as in common areas. 11.- Pet waste must be disposed of in the garbage bins. 12.- It is forbidden to throw pet waste in the cans of common areas. Failure to comply with the regulations will be sanctioned with a fine determined by the building administration. Guest access The Roof Garden, located on the 18th floor, offers a spectacular view of the Valley of Mexico and Mexico City. If you are in Tower B, go up to the tenth floor and cross the corridor that connects to Tower A. Then take the elevator to the 18th floor. When you leave the elevator, you will find stairs that lead you directly to the Roof Garden.
