PARKING • Building/basement parking may be requested and to booked in advance (subject to availability of slot) • Free parking for the first 3 hours on the commercial area with validation of receipt purchased from the commercial establishments Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE: Unit is strictly maximum of 4 GUESTS only, including kids and infant. We only provide 2 towels per check-in. NO VISITORS allowed. Maximum hours of stay in the unit is 22 hours. CHECK-IN time is from 1:00pm to 6:00pm Beyond 6:00pm will be charged Php 200 for the staff’s overtime. CHECK-OUT is strictly at 11:00am. Late check-out will be charged Php 200/hour after the maximum grace period of 15 minutes (subject to room availability). *Flexible hours of stay is NOT allowed. We are using PREPAID unlimited internet with no data cap which is sufficient to use to watch shows on Netflix and Youtube. However, it is not recommended for work-from-home (WFH) setup. Always make sure that you lock the unit when going out to protect both of our belongings. Any damage or loss in the property shall be paid in full by the guest. We conduct inspection before and upon check-out. Lost keys are charged Php 1000.
