Welcome to Instant Récup'! Adjoining our house, come and enjoy a charming sub-plex, independent, fully equipped, accompanied by its small nature corner and its loggia. Our accommodation is close to 4 roads and bus stops (5 min walk) to Rennes, TER station 22 min walk. We will be at your disposal for any other request. The space L'instant Récup' is an extension of our wooden frame house, in which we have carried out almost all of the finishing work and favored second life for the furniture (recycling!). On the ground floor: - bedroom with a bed for 2 people with garden view; - bathroom with shower and toilet Upstairs: - living room with sofa bed for 2 adults. - kitchenette with stove, microwave and fridge; The little extras: - the upstairs loggia; - video projector (which also serves as a speaker) with myCANAL; - modern board games (Ark Nova, Just One, Very Smart, etc... on request) - a vegetable garden at your disposal...
