Heated swimming pool of 6x3m with jacuzzi suitable for young and old. The large terrace offers a dining table for 8 people, barbecue, lounge set and sun beds, so you can enjoy the sun. The space Heated swimming pool Our swimming pool is equipped with a heat pump, ideal for a comfortable swimming experience throughout the year. Please note that it takes approximately 4-7 days for the pool to reach the desired temperature (25-30 degrees), making the heater less suitable for short rental periods. For the use of the heating, an electricity surcharge will be calculated based on consumption (12/24 hours of heating per day) and the period: October, November, March, and April: €10-€25 per day December to February: €25-€35 per day Guest access As a tenant, you have exclusive access to the entire property. You will not be sharing the space with other renters; the house is entirely for your private use during your stay. Other things to note * In July and August there may be noise disturbance from party activities in San Pedro del Pinatar. From 12 - 16 August there is Sal de Musica opposite this house. Please take into account crowds and a lot of noise. The internet is available at the property, but its speed and availability may vary.
