The space On the First Floor: On the first floor of the house, you’ll find the spacious kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you may need, while the living room features a comfortable sofa for relaxation and a large dining table with seating for 8, ideal for meals and gatherings. The space is completed by a large, functional fireplace, adding warmth and ambiance. There is also a spacious bathroom with a washing machine. The large terrace on the first level offers stunning views of the Argolis Gulf and, of course, Nafplio, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. On the Second Floor: The second floor houses four bedrooms. The Master Bedroom features a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms are also furnished with large double beds. Two of these bedrooms open onto terraces with beautiful views of the Argolis Gulf and Nafplio, while the third bedroom overlooks the protected wetland area of the Erasinos River. The second floor also includes another large, functional bathroom for added convenience. The house is fully air-conditioned, ensuring comfort throughout the year. Outdoor Areas and Additional Amenities: The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawns, trees, and vibrant flowers, ideal for hours of relaxation or play for both children and adults. The terrace on the first floor is the perfect location to enjoy the breathtaking views and spend relaxing moments. The parking area is spacious enough for two cars. The villa is fully equipped with all modern comforts, including two televisions (a 32-inch in the Master Bedroom and a 50-inch in the living room), free Wi-Fi, and all necessary household appliances such as an iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, and more. Important Safety Note for Families: Our home is a traditional multi-level maisonette with outdoor balconies and an external utility staircase leading to the roof. To ensure the safety of our youngest guests, we kindly ask families traveling with infants or small children to provide constant adult supervision in all outdoor and elevated areas. All balcony doors are equipped with secure locking mechanisms and external shutters; for your peace of mind, please ensure these remain closed and locked when children are not supervised. The external metal staircase is intended for utility use and maintenance and should not be used as a play area.
