Features include indoor and outdoor games, a spacious field, two BBQs, two patio tables, and pergola. # NOTE# POOL closes November The space I live at this house , but not there when I get bookings. It has 5 bedrooms, consisting of 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 double pull out couch in a bedroom, 1 twin bed One queen size air mattress if needed - all the beds can sleep a total of 9 guests, there are 3 couches total in home plus Queen air mattress if needed. so IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 9 people, 3 can sleep on 3 couches, or 2 on Queen air mattress i have, or you can bring extra air mattresses. IF YOU WANT TO BRING MORE THAN 12 guests AND DONT CARE ABOUT AMOUNT OF BEDS .. LET ME KNOW IN INQUIRY AND I CAN ADJUST AMOUNT. There are 2 large tvs, Bluetooth enabled, a full kitchen with all amenities, washer and dryer in basement, bar in basement. 2 full bathrooms. A beautiful backyard resort like feel with a 20x40 in ground HEATED pool, 7 SEATER SPA HOT TUB, slide and diving board. There is a patio table on upper deck ( 8 seats) and propane bbq. There is a patio table ( 6 seats) upon entering into back yard, with propane bbq!! Pergola has seating. Lots of outdoor games you can play in back field, access through backyard gate. Pergola offers string lighting at night by turning on extension cord switch on patio table. Wi-Fi available to guests Kindly refrain from using confetti or paper-based decorations, as they can enter the pool and cause damage to the pool pump and filtration equipment.” Guest access Full house and amenities such as full kitchen,( glasses, pots pans, plates etc) stove and fridges, ( fridge in garage is for guests food n drinks.) microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 85 inch tv in living room, 65 inch tv in basement. I have a bar in the basement which can be used for another hangout space, but I do have alcohol in it that I ask not to be touched since I ask you can bring your own if you want to have. Can hang out in garage has table and 4 chairs. Smoking is permitted outside or in garage. ( use ashtray please) - No smoking in pool or hottub or indoors. I leave swimming towels out and towels in bathrooms for bathing for guests. Kindly note that if towels or anything missing after a reservation, guests will be reported/charged for them. There will be snacks and beverage on kitchen table for guests upon arrival. I NOTE!!! f you would like me to decorate for a special occasion ( helium balloons, banners etc and put out extra snacks let me know will be extra 150 charge Other things to note Most beds accommodate 2 people except for one bed sleeps 1 . So 9 people. I have a Queen air mattress aswell BUT if you want to bring more guests you can bring air mattresses or cots and bring more guests. Just let me know in inquiry and i can edit amount of people that can stay or it wont let you book that amount Note!! Pool will be closed on Nov 1 st . Hottub open year round
