We’re happy to share our tips for discovering the real Guadeloupe. We also offer two other properties in the area: • Accommodation for 4 people by the sea on the same site as La Belle Vue. This property is called “Kaz 4 plages.” • Accommodation for two people in the hills of Deshaies, with dual sea and mountain views, swimming pool, and spa, located a 3-minute drive from Plage de la Perle and Grande Anse Beach. All you can see there is the green of the mountain and the blue of the sea. This place is called “A Perle de Vue.” 📅 Monthly Stays From May to the end of November, we also offer long-term stays. Feel free to contact us for more information. Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio and the outdoor areas. The studio also has a private parking space. Check-in can be done independently using a secure lockbox, which allows for great flexibility in terms of check-in times. We also welcome our guests in person when our schedule allows, and the same goes for their departure. If we haven't welcomed them, we sometimes stop by to see them depending on our schedules. Access to the accommodation is easy via the coastal road, making it simple to reach nearby beaches, including Grande Anse Beach and Plage de la Perle. The beaches of Riflet and Gadet can be reached on foot in a few minutes, as can the coastal trail. A comprehensive digital guide is sent before arrival to help you prepare for your stay and enjoy the beaches and activities. Other things to note ✔ Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoors only, with due respect for the lush vegetation and the facilities. Smoking inside is not allowed. ✔ Beaches and activities: Enjoy a prime location with the most beautiful beaches within walking distance, underwater life to explore, a great beach bar at Grande Anse, our favorite restaurant a 2-minute drive away (10-minute walk along Riflet Beach), the coastal trail for a short hike, and all the way to Gros Morne for the more adventurous. Surf spot accessible depending on the swell, also within walking distance. ✔ Comfort and linens: Hotel-quality bedding and linens. Bathroom towels and beach towels are included. One mosquito net per room is available if needed. ✔ The property is located in Guadeloupe, in a tropical natural setting. Despite careful maintenance, small insects may occasionally be present, as is the case throughout the Caribbean region, depending on the time of year or the weather. Appropriate amenities are provided for your comfort (mosquito nets, repellent products).
