Home has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, study, game room, large open living and dining with full equipped kitchen, Beautiful front and back porches overlooking this gorgeous property. Also a working ranch, so wildlife is abundant. The space Sandy Ranch is a spacious 3-bedroom ranch house nestled in the Texas Hill Country, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. Inside you'll find a full game room complete with a pool table, shuffleboard, dartboard, and a bar — perfect for unwinding after a day out on the property. Guest access Guests have full access to the property's outdoor amenities, including hiking trails, a fishing pond, and creek access. The large creek on the property is perfect for kayaking, canoeing, and fishing — just bring your own kayak or canoe. We occasionally host campers in designated areas on the property. If camping sites are occupied during your stay, please respect their space and avoid those areas. Other things to note Please note that cell service in this area is limited.
