Welcome to our cozy and charming tiny home right on Lake Superior! This is an incredible place to experience the beauty of the Keweenaw, while still having some modern conveniences. Our tiny home features a pull-out queen-sized futon, a kitchen, and an outhouse. You can also enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake from the large windows or the private deck. Whether you want to hike/bike the nearby trails, kayak/canoe, or just take in the views, our tiny home is the perfect escape for you! Queen size futon, with bedding and blankets and pillows are provided. Storage under the futon, with folding side tables. A small round table, with two chairs for indoor use. The deck has a small round table, with 2 deck chairs. A coffee table, in front of futon. A fire pit is provided in the gravel area by the tiny home, please adhere to local fire restrictions. Bring wood, or find down and dead on the property. The sink has a pump water system, with two 5 gallon jugs of water under. Drinking water is also provided in a 5gallon system with spigots. There is no running water, no shower. There is a propane cooktop, with 2 burners. A tea kettle is provided as well as propane. Large windows all around the Tiny home provide a beautiful view, but are also outfitted with privacy blinds that run top to bottom. Kitchen utensils, plates/bowls, coffee cups, drinking cups, pots/pans, can opener, bottle opener, Chemex with filters, paper towels, dish towels, tinfoil, saran wrap, sandwich/quart bags, measureing cup, salt/pepper, soap, sponge, lighters, first aid, and garbage removal are all provided. A1 toilets provide our sanitation, and clean their porta-potty Monday and Friday mornings. Easy parking close to the home, with space to turn around to exit onto m26 more easily. A private rock cove directly in front of the Tiny Agate, with rock beach access on Lake Superior. Entire home, with a private deck. Large driveway and private parking area. Vast rocky waterfront cove, a stones throw from your tiny home. Please correspond through the app Lake Superior is your closet neighbor, plan to enjoy a peaceful stay with unobstructed night skies. The Keweenaw area is home to many bike trails, hiking trails and opportunities to paddle. Drinking and sink water is provided, no running water. There is Verizon service, but ATT will not work on this property. Currently, there is no WiFi inside the Tiny Agate, but we do have Wifi in the driveway. We are working on the reach, but currently you can access it for emergencies in the driveway by the firepit. *Pets are welcome, please read through our Dog rules found in "additional rules".
