Located on the second floor, our stylish and thoughtfully designed apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. You’ll enjoy self check-in with your own private code, giving you the freedom to arrive at your convenience. The space is completely allergen-free with a strict No Pets / No Exceptions policy. While we are pet lovers ourselves, we’ve made this decision to maintain a clean, safe environment for all our guests. Unless it involves a certified service animal, we kindly ask that no exceptions be requested. Just steps from local shops, eateries, and attractions, you’ll be perfectly positioned to explore all that downtown Seymour has to offer. We have a relaxing environment, spacious Space and anything you need for your stay- We have tried to have things on hand as a "Just in case" you forgot something. Have have supplied paper plates, cups, utensils- We supply items to cook with like oils, spices and so much more. COFFEE AREA- We have an AWESOME coffee bar with a Nespresso machine, Keurig and Drip Coffee machine. We have several different varieties of coffee to choose from for your morning cup. We have Sugars, Flavors, and Creamers- OFFICE- If you need to work while you are here, we have a spacious desk area or we even have a deck off the main bedroom(Stairs)if you need a breath of fresh air. BATHROOM DETAIL- In main Bedroom area We have a walk-in shower with rain head and hand held- Perfect for a relaxing time, we have items in the bathroom stocked, We have a walk-in closet located in the bathroom. MAIN BEDROOM- We have a King Size Bed, Two Night stands with a TV and a sound machine- We also have night lights located on the wall for easy reading lights. Located in the main bedroom is stairs located outside to a walk-out Balcony(has lights) We have a Robe, Hair Towels and a small dresser in closet. SPIRAL STAIRS- Upstairs we have a Queen Bed and a Pull out Couch- We have Night stands, Large TV and a Sound Machine. We have a place for you to hand your clothes on and a Bamboo screen for privacy. HALF BATHROOM- Located on the main floor LAUNDRY ROOM- We have stocked detergent and other items needed to wash clothes- We also have an iron MISC ITEMS- We have a cooler available, Crockpot, AirFryer- We have a large mat if you wanted to lay in the common area or the park- We have Pickleball Paddles(if you need more than two let me know) We usually keep a bag of ice in freezer- We love hosting families and strive to make your trip as relaxing as possible. For your convenience, we provide a pack and play and high chair. (Please note: These items are provided as a convenience only. Guests are responsible for proper setup, inspection, and use of all child-related items and for determining their suitability for their child. Children must be supervised at all times. Use of these items is at the guest’s discretion and responsibility.) WORKOUT- We have a workout facility located downstairs(Outside Entrance) and there might classes during your stay. Class times vary from Early Morning/Mid/Evening We have tried our best to make it sound proof, but if you are SUPER sensitive to noise you may hear it slightly- or you may not. As part of your stay, you'll receive one complimentary pass, which can be used for either a Fitness class, Sauna time or Peloton bike (Please message me to schedule one of those) Fitness classes vary Sauna times are Mon-Friday 8am-5pm Peloton Bike Mon-Friday 8am-5pm Guest access The Whole Loft is yours!!
