The 82-square-meter apartment with a separate entrance is part of our Bauhaus-style bungalow. The house is situated in the countryside, very quiet, 7 km from the Nürburgring. Racing enthusiasts, hikers and cyclists will all find the ideal place here. Traumpfade, the Hohe Acht, Lake Laach and the maars in the Volcanic Eifel are inspiring. The apartment can accommodate 4 people (1 double room, 1 twin-bed room) and has a living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom (shower, tub), guest toilet and its own terrace. The space The maximum occupancy is 4 people, including children. Guest access Access to the apartment is via a longer, wide external staircase (see photos). There are no stairs or steps to overcome in the apartment itself. The terrace can be reached from the inside via two external steps.
