The space Interior Space: Step into the studio pool house and be greeted by a thoughtfully designed interior. The space features a full bath, allowing you to freshen up and unwind. The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, fridge/freezer and a kitchen table, offering convenience for preparing light meals or enjoying a cup of coffee. The cozy yet modern atmosphere is complemented by beautiful and simple decor, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV is provided, ensuring you can relax and unwind in comfort. Exterior Space: As you venture outside, a world of natural beauty and relaxation unfolds. The poolside outdoor dining area provides a perfect setting for cooking with the 4 burner propane grill and enjoying meals amidst the tranquil surroundings. A shade pergola offers respite from the sun, allowing you to relax and soak in the ambiance. The highlight of the exterior space is undoubtedly the pool, where you can take refreshing dips and bask in the sun on comfortable lounge chairs. For added luxury, a hot tub invites you to unwind and indulge in ultimate relaxation. As you gaze around, you'll be treated to mesmerizing views of rolling hills adorned with grazing horses and expansive open space, creating a sense of serenity and connection with nature. Whether you're savoring a meal outdoors, enjoying a swim in the pool, or taking in the stunning views, the exterior space offers an idyllic environment for unwinding and rejuvenating. It's a haven of relaxation and serenity, where you can immerse yourself in the peaceful ambiance and create cherished moments. The space is set back a distance away from our home, though you may still see us. We are a family of three and will be sharing the pool with you, although typically we do not go out by the pool when guests are there, we may pop in for a quick after school dip or a mid day cool off. We will never join you if you are out there. We are accustomed to sharing our spaces here at the ranch and respect your privacy. There is also a 2 bedroom guest house on the property, however they do not have access to the pool area or the acre of grass surrounding it. Guest access The pool house is located about 200ft from our back porch, a large lawn separating the two areas, we’d prefer if pool guests keep to the pool deck and the lawn around the pool. We do not have pool hours but we’d appreciate quiet between 9pm-7am. The hot tub is very large and can be turned on for 2/3 hr increments each day of your stay. To cut costs of heating we will only heat it on request, so please let me know when you'd like to use it. If you wish to use it longer you may contact us for pricing. We will shut the hot tub off around 10pm. It takes between 20-50 minutes to heat weather depending. We encourage you to enjoy walking around the property, and you can visit the horses outside the interior fence, (we rotate pastures so you may need to walk around to find them)and the goats/chickens/piggy which are just past the pool area. We do request that you do not let any animals in or out of their spaces, and if it does occur to let us know immediately so we can assist in returning them. We’d appreciate if you avoid wandering up to our house or entering our front yard where our very friendly dogs spend most of their day. Feel free to say hi to them at other areas along the fence! We also ask that you respect the privacy of our guest house guests, and their private fenced yard. *There is an additional fee per guest for accommodating extra visitors on the property beyond the listed occupancy. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly request that any additional visitors be accommodated within the permitted hours of 10am to 9pm only. We understand the desire to spend time with loved ones during your stay and are happy to welcome extra guests. To arrange for additional guests, kindly contact us in advance, and we will provide you with the details regarding the fee and any necessary arrangements. We book our pool space for parties on swimply so if you are looking for a space to entertain you may check us out there for pricing.
