Spacious, Clean, excellent reviews, No cleaning fee! A HUGE full walkout suite with a million dollar view of two lakes, the city and the valley. We live on the upper level. You enjoy the walk-out level to a beautiful yard and THE VIEW. This is the ideal stop between Calgary and Vancouver. Close to wineries, golf courses, bike trails, beaches and more. 15 minutes to world class downhill and cross country ski resort. Quiet and very CLEAN! The space - Spacious, sunny level walkout suite to yourself with private entrance and stunning view. Big screen TV and ping-pong table. Extra-large bedroom and full bathroom. - The bedroom offers a QUEEN size bed. However, if you give us ADVANCE NOTICE, we can easily provide a QUEEN size murphy bed in the living room area to accommodate two more (or if the two people booking don't wish to share a bed.) - Central heating, air conditioning, and gas fireplace. (NOTE: Gas fireplace is off during hot summer months). - Internet, cable TV and Netflix. - We provide a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a few dishes. However, NO full kitchen facilities. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS BEFORE BOOKING. - This is a suite best suited to two or three persons. However, you can talk to us about exceptions (in some cases) for a fourth person. Guest access Separate guest entrance with private patio. Outstanding view of two lakes, mountains, and city. Large private suite to yourself. Free street parking in front of our home, or an available spot in our driveway. Other things to note - Parties STRICTLY PROHIBITED. NO additional guests permitted on the property. Exceptions by prior approval only. - This is a quiet residential neighborhood and we respectfully request noise levels be kept to a minimum, especially after dark. Quiet time after 11:00 pm. - We're on a hillside, and there is a staircase to access this area, so probably not the best if you are physically challenged. - While our check-in and out times are listed, we can be flexible on both ends if we are given suitable notice, and as long as it doesn't interfere with other guests' arrival or departure times. Please confirm your times with us. - By pre-approval, we will accept most older children. The suite is not suitable for toddlers due to toddler safety hazards. - Our home is surrounded by a beautiful garden and yard. As such, be advised that on occasion and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, spider, or other nature-loving insects may wander inside, especially if a door is left open.
