For your vacation or stay in Santo Domingo, we offer you an apartment located within the Condominio Embajador residential complex, in Ensanche Bella Vista, a first-class sector in the National District. The space The apartment is very spacious. It consists of 3 main rooms equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan and queen size beds. The master bedroom and the office room have a TV. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. There is an additional small room, which is rented for a seventh person at a lower price. This extra room has a small private bathroom. It has a dining room for 8 people, in an area overlooking the outside. You can also enjoy a large terrace with furniture and views of the courtyard – park, which is inside the Complex. It consists of a main room, as well as a Room - Studio, with a 70-inch TV, sound equipment and very comfortable furniture. It also has 2 kitchens, the main one and the hot kitchen, both equipped with all the necessary utensils. Guest access The Complex has a very large green area, it contains children's games that can be used by guests at no cost.  The apartment is available in its entirety, it is not shared with anyone else. Other things to note Electricity consumption is not included. Therefore, we would be making an advance charge of $100 for energy consumption. We will be monitoring the data of what is consumed using an electricity consumption meter, to which you will have access. We would refund the corresponding amount if the $100 is not consumed, or you would pay an additional amount for what is consumed above the $100, if that were the case.
