Peaceful and centrally-located place in downtown Miami hosting primarily foreign doctors studying and doing internships at University of Miami and Jackson Hospitals. We are close to hospitals and all major attractions in Miami, including the beach. We live a very healthy and peaceful lifestyle. We are also very friendly and treat our guests like family. We are looking for quiet and respectful students / guests that are also friendly. We need to chat with you prior to approving your stay. The space It’s 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo on the first floor. There is a large open living room, dining room and kitchen area. We also have 2 enclosed balconies. Everything is brand new and you would be renting 1 bedroom which has a TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime for entertainment. There is also a ceiling fan in the room along with wifi access. You would have access to a guest bathroom which is shared. The bedroom door has a lock when you’re inside the room for privacy. Guest access You will have a key fob to enter the gated property. During your stay We treat guests like family and want them to feel at peace in our home. Our home is a sanctuary and a safe place to relax. We are very friendly, clean, quiet and respectful. We will interact with you as much as you like. Other things to note We ask that you respect the home by being low key, and respectful of the home and community. No guests are allowed in the home without consent. We just want to keep a peaceful place. Please come and go quietly. We have a small dog who is friendly.
