Lovely APT 1Bed w/Dublin View

Welcome to our apartment, it will be completely yours while we are traveling. This accommodation on Airbnb is ideal for one or two couples (1 double bed + sofa bed), you can take refuge and disconnect after a long day exploring the city and rest assured that you will enjoy watching Dublin from our balcony especially at sunset and why not with a glass of wine. The space The space Our guests upon entering our home will feel at home. Hall We have a small hall where you can leave your shoes and jackets. For rainy days we also have umbrellas for you Bedroom We have 1 very bright bedroom with double bed and fresh sheets and furniture so you can organize all your things. Bathroom We have 1 bathroom which has everything you need to refresh, clean towels and toiletries will be supplied as a courtesy for your comfort. The living/dining room and kitchen are in an open plan. The living room has sofa bed, everything you need to sleep will be inside the sofa itself, you must tell us if you are going to use it - in this way we will make sure that everything is organized for you. The living room is very cozy, both day and night you can use Smart TV (we have streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, YouTube etc but no cable TV). The kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy your meals at a dining table. Guest access All areas will be accessible to the guests EXCEPT for the special storage room in the bedroom, which will be locked. Other things to note Parking If you are one of those who like to rent cars when you travel, this place is for you since we have private parking spot in the buildings garage, you can use it 24 hours a day at no cost, but you will have to let us know in advance so we can leave you the remote for the main gate. We will be away travelling during your stay, but will organize everything so that you can arrive and enjoy your stay in Dublin without any problems.
