Kairos is a unique, purpose built, luxury holiday home for individuals or couples. Set in an enviable position, the house offers stunning, panoramic views across the sea towards the Scottish mainland, as well as mountain views to the rear. Situated in the Trotternish area of Skye and near to the village of Staffin with its beautiful sea bay, Kairos sits fifteen miles north of the Island's iconic capital, Portree. The space Kairos is a self contained, ground floor property comprising a bedroom with king size bed, spacious shower room with luxury rain-head shower, living space with fully equipped kitchen for gourmet self catering, dining table and chairs, relaxing sitting area with sofa and snuggle chair, woodburning stove and open views out to the sea and mountains. There is an outside decking area, alfresco dining table and sitting area in the garden. Guest access There is parking to the rear and side of the property and a garden to the front. There is a decked ramp leading to the front door and level access into the property. There are no steps inside the house. Please note that during the year there are occasional (2 or 3 times a year on average) interruptions to the local water supply. This is because the water pipes on Skye run through peat bogs and can move and rupture in exceptionally wet or dry weather. Should this occur during your stay an emergency supply of sealed bottled water is supplied for your use. These occasional interruptions are brief and the water supply restored within hours.
