The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite. The bedroom with en suite bathroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds of 90 cm. You have at your disposal an open plan kitchen, a living-dining room with balconies and a sofa-bed with space for two people, which will be made available for bookings of more than 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and complete crockery and cutlery. It has gas heating; wifi and TV in the living room. The flat is on the third floor of a very quiet street and perfectly isolated, so it is not noisy at all. Guest access It is a private space, designed exclusively for our guests, so they will have access to the accommodation in its entirety: kitchen-living room, bathrooms and bedrooms. We offer comfort and privacy at all times. They have an elevator at their disposal. Other things to note Our modern flat is located 5 minutes by taxi from the Atocha Station, very close to the historic and emblematic neighborhood of Las Letras and 5 minutes from the Reina Sofia National Museum, one of the most important centers of modern and contemporary art that is part of the well-known Madrid Art Triangle together with the Prado Museum and the Reina Sofía Museum.
