This 2 bedroom house is just a two minute walk from the sandy beaches. You can also enjoy the freshly baked produce from the local bakeries, specialist food stores and restaurants. The workshops offers you a unique stay in the heart of this beautiful seaside town on the Jurassic The space The property comprises of two bedrooms on the ground floor. One double with an ensuite, and one twin with bunk beds. Also on the ground floor there is a separate bathroom with a walk in shower and toilet. Upstairs you will find an open plan living and kitchen area. The whole property has been newly refurbished so is fitted with brand new fixtures and fittings and state of the art appliances. The bedrooms are compact but can sleep two persons in each. However due the size of the rooms you are unable to fit a travel cot in either. Guest access The property is tucked behind the main shopping street. It may be possible to unpack and pack as there is occasionally a space to park temporarily, however, the property itself does not have permanent parking. The lane way is relatively tight but if it is clear you can reverse the car part way. This is generally the case after 6pm. We have provided a list of long stay car parks for you to use on the listing (see photographs in description ) and there is often free street parking about 5/10 mins walk from the house. The lane way is a public highway so is in regular use but still remains quiet, bin day is Thursday so there is a small disruption first thing for about 5 minutes. Due to on street parking the property is not suitable for disabled access. Access to the property is with a lock box and we will inform of all the details the day before you arrive.
