Peaceful Lakeside Getaway with Hot Tub!

Enjoy our fully renovated, lakeside, four season retreat. During the summer spend time fishing, kayaking, swimming, lounging in the hammock and then escape the heat inside the fully air conditioned house! In any season, unwind in the lakeside hot tub, take in every gorgeous sunset and dark starry night or gather around the campfire. The winter months bring snow shoeing, ice fishing, snuggling up in the living room playing games or watching a movie fireside. There is something for everyone! The space Our lake house retreat has been completely renovated. It's a warm, inviting space that has a cozy cottage feel. The master bedroom overlooks the lake and has an en-suite bathroom with a tile bath and dual shower heads; also found in the second bathroom shower. There is central heat and A/C throughout the house, as well as a propane fireplace. We have a lakeside hot tub that operates year round and is just steps from the deck. During the summer months we have a large dock from our shoreline with a swim ladder and seated bench. Situated on Small Pond, which connects directly to Lake St. George via an accessible channel, our home is on the quiet part of the lake perfect for adventure, paddling and fishing. We provide 5 single kayaks and 1 double kayak for use at no additional charge. We provide 2 paddle boards, some fishing poles (you provide the bait and license), and fun yard games- corn hole, volleyball and badminton. There is a sloping beach area easy to navigate and get into and out of the kayaks or swim. Access to the lake is not fenced off, so any young children or non-swimmers will need to be supervised and is the responsibility of the guest. The kitchen is fully stocked for onsite cooking, complete with spices, condiments, coffee, tea and often staple snacks. There is both a single serve Keurig coffee machine as well as a traditional drip coffee pot. A limited supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergents and household cleaners are also provided. We love playing games and the house is equipped with a bunch of great family board games and cards. We also have a small library with mixed genres in case you also love to grab a good book and read. Additionally, we provide blu tooth speakers for your favorite playlist. Like to exercise? You will find a yoga mat and foam rollers in the bedroom closet. Need to work? We provide an accessory monitor to hook your laptop up to for a productive zoom call, while enjoying the lake environment. We will leave a list of house rules for your review as well as local information that you may find helpful. Guest access Our guests have access to every space in the house and the backyard. There is access to the garage for trash removal, life jackets, lawn games and water floats. Other things to note During the Summer Months Mid-June through Mid-September, we offer week only rentals w/ 6 or 7 nights: CHECK IN is FRIDAY OR SATURDAY and CHECK OUT is FRIDAY For other availability, or availability beyond 6 months, please reach out for consideration.
