Spacious room in shared accommodation with park view

We are a couple in our thirties and would love to host you in our beautiful apartment. You will have a private, spacious room with double bed, fan, window equipped with mosquito net and above all a view of Niel Park. You will have access to Wi-Fi. You will share the living room, bathroom and balcony with us. The residence is peaceful and quiet. It is located opposite a Lidl and close to shops The space Our shared accommodation is spacious, 72 m2 and has a large pleasant living room accessing the balcony through large French windows. Guest access You will share our living/dining room with open kitchen, our zen balcony with sofa, hammock overlooking the park and our bathroom equipped with a washing machine. During your stay You can reach us by phone or SMS for any questions before check-in. Other things to note We will be present in the apartment during your stay. Only the bedroom is private.
