Welcome to our space! Our unit offers a stunning view of the city skyline and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We are strategically located in between Mandaluyong and Pasig City and has a close proximity to lots of establishments. Sheridan Towers boasts a resort-inspired urban city living. Pool is available to guests but dependent to availability and needs a prior approval with a minimal fee. Lounge area and playground are open to all and free to use. NO Pets allowed The space This is a self check in, 2 bedroom unit in Sheridan SOUTH Tower. A queen bed in the masters and a double bed in the 2nd bedroom. A baby crib is always available for guests to use with only 5 mins assembly time. Listed price is for 2 guests. There is an additional fee for every guest more than 2. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Babies 0-12months stay for free. We allow guests up to 6 assuming that they can find themselves comfortable on the provided space. This unit has 2 bedrooms and at most, 4 guests can sleep comfortably on the beds. There is a 2 seater sofa in the living room and a foldable sleeping foam but we don’t provide any additional sleeping equipment or mattress aside from this. We DO NOT allow pets in our unit. This is a health concern for some of our family members. Guest access Guests can access the lounge, roofdeck, playground and the entire unit with balcony. Swimming pools are available for guests but with prior approval and dependent to availability. Please coordinate with the host for details. Pools are only available to book during Mondays-Wednesdays and Fridays for guests.Thursdays is for maintenance and weekends are for residents only. Pools for guests also comes with a fee. Other things to note Confirmed guests needs to submit a copy of 1 valid government issued ID and sign a guest check in form prior to check in date. This is a requirement from the building admin so they’ll have a record on file when you arrive. You then need to present that ID to the lobby before you can proceed self checking in to the unit. There is no dedicated parking for this listing. If parking is needed, we can assist guests to find temporary parking from other unit owners(rental varies per parking owner). This should be arranged days/weeks prior. Guests who wish to stay more than 2 weeks needs to agree of a unit inspection/checking every 2 weeks. This is for safety and maintenance. All Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Property Owners harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by Guest or individuals invited onto the property by Guest.
