Other things to note NO PARTIES: Parties are forbidden, and violation will result in immediate eviction, and a minimum fine of $1500, plus damages and additional cleaning fees. NO 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS: Third-party bookings are not allowed. The person making the reservation must be the one staying in the space. PET POLICY: While we love your furry friends, our pet friendly homes only apply to dogs. Cats can be reviewed on a case my case basis in advance of the booking and are typically only approved for longer stays. *One pet will be subject to a non-refundable $65 fee, and each additional pet will be $50, maximum 3 pets. Additional pet fees will be collected via the resolution center or via the credit card given for your security deposit, with the agreement of the guest. A $500 fee will be charged for an undisclosed pet, and a $25 fee will be charged per pet waste left behind. EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS: Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs. LATE CHECK-OUT/EARLY CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 3:00 pm and Checkout is at 10:00 am. Please contact to secure an early check-in or late check-out. SMOKING POLICY: Marijuana is strictly prohibited and is illegal in Georgia. Neighbors can smell marijuana outdoors and through shared walls and will report this immediately if violated. Reports or evidence of marijuana smoking will incur a $1000 fine. Interior smoking of tabacco products is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $1000. You are welcome to smoke outside. Please dispose of your cigarettes waste in the provided dog waste bins. Outdoor security cameras are provided for your and the house's security. Please note that acceptance of these occupancy rules and payment of the booking invoice indicate agreement with these terms and conditions.
