Other things to note Visitors are generally not permitted to enter the flat for short-staying guests. However, guests can meet their visitors at the lobby area located on the ground floor of the premises. For long-staying guests (1 week and above), they are allowed to invite 1 or 2 visiting guests with prior information. Please note that staying overnight for visiting guests is not allowed. During December to February, mosquito breeding increases, and you may encounter some mosquitoes. However, we provide liquid repellent, and if needed, we also offer odomos cream. We do not have power backup but power cut is very very rare.
