The space This is an open-plan studio annexe that is detached from the main house with independent access. The annexe comes complete with its kitchenette which is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, electric kettle, washer dryer, fridge freezer, toaster, cooking utensils, pots and frying pan for your use. It has its own En-suite - wet room/shower, toilet, sink. The annexe features fast fibre broadband Wi-Fi and a smart TV with free access to Netflix, BBC, Prime, and Freeview channels (e.g., BBC, ITV). An iron and an ironing board are also provided. The annexe comes with a free dedicated car park for guests located just in front of the main building. Bus stops to Northampton town centre just in front of the house, less than a 3-minute walk. Less than a 10-minute drive to Northampton town centre, the University of Northampton (also within walking distance via an alternative route), and the motorway. Close to local amenities, with the Co-op and post office just a 5-minute walk away. Guest access The annexe can be accessed via the garden gate on the property driveway. We offer two methods of check-in (self-check-in or host check-in). Self-check-in: The codes/keys and explanation of how to access the annexe will be shared 24 hours before arrival. So you can come and go as you wish Host-check in: Alternatively, the host can also be present to welcome guests on arrival and make sure all is right, but after that, you can have keys/codes and independent access so you can come and go as you wish Other things to note Guests are not allowed to park on the property driveway. There is a dedicated car park for guests located in front of the main house.
