Bathrooms are shared, like a European hotel, with multiple options on each floor. Guests also enjoy kitchens, game room with 75" TV and arcade, lounge spaces, laundry, and free coffee/tea. Central and near Eugene's attractions: University of Oregon, Autzen, Bushnell, the Hult Center and downtown. Like a European hotel, your reservation at the 376 Guest Room Hotel is for a private room with shared bathrooms accessed on each hallway. There are two bathrooms on the first floor, two more on the second, and one on the third floor. Guests may use any bathroom at any time, so there should always be one available! The 376 Guest Room Hotel showcases 16 separate bedrooms across its three stories. The first floor has four guest rooms, the second hosts seven and the third has five. Each guest room is designed with your comfort in mind. Our cozy rooms feature comfortable beds, flat screen TVs, desks, and chairs, making them the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring Eugene. We've taken great care to create a warm and inviting atmosphere with simple and tasteful décor that will make you feel right at home. Whether you're here for an event, quick business trip or a longer vacation, you'll find our rooms to be the perfect combination of comfort and affordability. REST AND RECHARGE: Bed 1: Twin Bed OCCUPANCY: This unit accommodates 1 overnight guest. PARKING: There is no parking on site, but there is plenty of street parking nearby. GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Eugene to have a good time, but out of respect to our neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. PETS: Pets are not allowed. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period. MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply. Guest access A message containing your check in instructions will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival. Guests have private rooms, and like a European hotel, they share other spaces on the property. Off the front entrance, you'll find the coin-operated laundry area with two sets of machines. At the back of the first floor is the dining room, kitchen and game room with 75" TV, video game system and computer/printer. There is also a back outdoor patio with seating, fire pit and small charcoal grill. The second floor features a second full kitchen and eating area at the back of the property. The third floor has its own kitchenette. All kitchens are stocked with coffee and tea options! Bathrooms are shared and lockable on all levels. The first floor has two accessible bathrooms offering in-shower fold-down benches for those that would like them. The second floor has two bathrooms, one with a double sink and two showers. The third floor has one full bathroom. Other things to note Our electronic locks and key system make it simple for you to access the property at any hour. Late check-in is never a problem! We typically ensure rooms are ready for check-in by 4pm. If you need access early, you may request an early check-in, but we cannot guarantee it. Check-out time is 11am. We can accommodate large groups and events. Please contact us for more details. Events are only allowed with prior authorization from the host and events may incur additional fees based upon the number of guests. Bathrooms are shared and lockable on all levels. The third floor has one full bathroom. A refundable $250 damage deposit is required for your stay. This deposit helps cover any potential damages beyond normal wear and tear.
