Our house is located in a quiet hamlet, surrounded by greenery and a garden with pool. We are also close to the highway to access all the heritage of the Loire Valley such as the castles of the Loire, Beauval Zoo (40 min), Futuroscope (1 hour), the Museum of Prehistory, the casino and thermal baths of La Roche Posay, the gastronomy and wines of Touraine. Numerous activities for children in the area (Tree climbing, trampoline park, family park...) The space Our house is located in a quiet hamlet, surrounded by greenery and a garden with pool. It consists of a large fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor (kitchen range, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher), a separate toilet, a large living room, dining room and a bedroom with a 140 bed and shower room with private toilet. Upstairs is a large bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90 as well as an en-suite bathroom. There is also a mezzanine with a reading area and a desk area. Possibility of having an extra bed in the large bedroom thanks to the pull-out bed (90 cm). The sofa bed also offers two extra beds. A crib and high chair are available on request. Outside there is a furnished terrace (garden furniture, parasol and BBQ), an enclosed and wooded garden as well as a private pool that is reserved for you throughout your stay. It is equipped with a barrier to allow children to enjoy the lawn while limiting their access to the pool. 5 minutes away, in the village of Manthelan you will find a butcher, baker/pastry chef, small grocery store, café, take-away pizzas on weekends, tobacco/newsstand, restaurant... 10 minutes away is the Royal City of Loches and its castle. Numerous shops, supermarkets and large market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Golf and equestrian center are nearby, as well as many activities for children in the vicinity (Natureo Water Park, tree climbing, trampoline park, family park….)
