Its a hidden gem of the Pacific North West, nestled near Lake Whatcom on the outskirts of Bellingham, its a sleepy neighborhood hidden in the middle of the woods, minutes away from the lake, marina, golf course, parks and lots of trails. Close to Galbraith mountain 20 min from downtown Bellingham where you will find great restaurants, breweries, and fun places to hang out. The space Brand new high-end , modern and spacious home . apprx 3000 sqft , 3 story , 3 bdrm - 4 bthrms with heated floors , 2 game/tv/bonus rooms (games included) , that can also provide additional sleeping area with available cots . Open entry , fully equipped kitchen , and dining room on the main floor . Large , private , tiled decks on every floor with gas fireplaces , bbq grill , full sz hot tub and lots of seating to take in the amazing view of the lake and mountains , if thats not your thing , we have 6 smart tvs in the house (one in every rm) so you can catch up on your favorite shows Guest access Guests will have full access to all areas of the space. Feel free to make yourselves at home and enjoy all the amenities and comforts our property has to offer Other things to note - Pls note this house has over 90 windows to take in the amazing views but not all windows have blinds or coverings , most do not - House is located on a quite dead-end st with neighbors near , we want you to enjoy your stay with friends and family but no loud parties or events without prior approval - Please make carpool arrangements so there are no more than 4 cars total at the property , garage is available for storage (motorcycles , bikes , kayaks...) no cars pls (unless you got a really cool , rare or expensive one) - Extra guest fee ($25) per day, may apply if more than 8 guests , pls ask before booking - For your protection we have actively recording cameras overlooking the front and side of house , and 1 in the garage which record video and audio . We also have a smart home devices on the back decks which actively records noise decibel levels , it does not record audio or video . There are no cameras or recording devices inside the house - We love our pets and want to do everything we can to help you enjoy your stay if you want to bring your pet , but please let us know BEFORE your arrival , we can only allow small to medium size pets of certain breeds , there is a $100 pet fee - $150 fee (per pet) will be charged for any unauthorized pets and you may be asked to leave the property early with no refund for breaking the rules. Pet Rules : -We kindly request that you keep your fur babies off of all furniture, and have their own designated pet bed, ensuring both their comfort and the longevity of our furniture. -pets cannot be left roaming inside/outside the property unattended -Please don’t use the grass Turf as a bathroom for your pets.
