This 1930s home is cozy and inviting. Updated throughout to include modern conveniences and style, while retaining its original charm and character. Spend the day relaxing on the comfy couches watching a movie or on the back patio. Or, just a short walk to downtown, enjoy coffee houses, wineries, restaurants and boutique shopping. Across the street visit the historic cemetery and bird sanctuary. The space There are hardwood floors throughout and wood vinyl in the kitchen. Rugs are on the floor in each room. Please remove your shoes and place them on the shoe matt inside the front door. Socks or slippers are preferred while walking in the house. Thank you! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire main floor of the house, including living room, dining room, kitchen, coffee room, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The basement and upstairs are not available to guest and the doors are locked. The back patio is available and accessible through the back door at the back of the house or by walking up the driveway and between the garage and house. The garage is not available to guests.
