It has 5 bedrooms with bathroom, high-speed internet, TV, AC, heating and garage for 4 cars. It connects to the city's main avenues, and is very close to the Metropolitan Park and Plaza Galerías. 10 minutes from Akron Stadium, and 10-15 minutes from Expo Guadalajara. It is a quiet space for families and business trips. The space The property is divided into three apartments (all connected to the interior of the property), the largest has 3 rooms on the top floor, the one with bunk beds has a different income on the ground floor, and the other is above the terrace. Each room has a full bathroom (odour control system, towels, soap), TV, air conditioning and heating. Four of the rooms have TVs, and come with streaming apps for you to access with your accounts. Downstairs living room, dining room, kitchen and pool table. The kitchen has basic cooking utensils as well as microwave, blender, refrigerator and coffee maker. If you want to better understand the layout, check the photo captions. The terrace is a common area, the use of which is exclusive to guests, people outside the reservation are not allowed to enter. Although it is not a luxurious place (if you are demanding we recommend the Hotel Hyatt Regency Andares) we offer everything you need to feel at home during your stay. The house is ecological, it has solar panels, which help reduce CO2 emissions to the atmosphere.
