Directly adjasent to Las Nomadas, is the residence, Coson Bay, which offers its facilities (restaurant, bar, pizzería, large pool, and an amplitude of beach chairs and lounges, scaterd along the beach) to Las Nomadas owners and guests. A 20 to 30 min. walk west on the beach will bring you to the local beach front restaurant, Valerio, specialising in fresh fish and lobster. Other things to note The electricity in this area is good and constant, but also expensive, (15 pesos = 25 cents US Per kw) as it is supplied by a private company, as opposed to Gov. electricity in the rest of DR, which is very bad. Due to the cost, we ask our guests to pay for their consumption. Thus, a meter reading will be taken at check in, and at checkout, the corresponding consumption will be deducted from the deposit. Thank you for your understanding. For the high season, Xmas through Easter, the minimun stay is 5 nights. Minimun stay is negotiable for last minute booking (less tan 30 days in advance) for the high season. The maximum occupancy for the house is 16 pers.. Should the renter enter more then 16 pers. - any inconvenience/ incomodety is solely by the renters choice/actions. And there will be a charge of 70 dollars per pers. per night in excess of 16 persons.
