Upon arrival, you will be welcomed in a landscaped garden not overlooked, equipped with a large Jacuzzi spa available all year round, and an outdoor heated swimming pool (in summer), perfect for enjoying and relaxing. In the house, you will discover a large living room open to the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto the terrace, the landscaped garden, the jacuzzi and the swimming pool. Air conditioning is present in the living room, via an air conditioner (from July), connected to the outside. For the upstairs bedrooms, there is no air conditioning, but they each have a fan. You can also enjoy a latest model TV with access to Netflix. Upstairs you will discover three tastefully decorated bedrooms. Two are equipped with queen size beds (160 cm wide), and the third bedroom has a double bed (140 cm wide). On the ground floor, the bathroom with its spacious shower, and separate toilet offer you a functional space. A bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub is also available to guests upstairs. You will also have a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a second fridge and a freezer to make your stay easier. Several terraces are available, with garden furniture.
