Air mattress and sleeping mat for additional 2 sleepers (10 guests maximum). Two full bathrooms and additional shower and 1/2 bath in laundry/mudroom. Sunken living room as well as additional open living/entertaining space with bar. Indoor garage parking for two cars. Full basement with gym equipment (treadmill, SoulCycle bike, weight rack, free weights, TRX) Toys and books for infant-5 year old as well as stroller, baby carriers and clip on high chair.
