Only 15 minutes to Oshkosh, 20 minutes to downtown Appleton and 40 minutes to Green Bay! Pet friendly! The space Studio with a new memory foam queen mattress. Room darkening shades have been installed for daytime sleep! 43" Roku TV is set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services. Bathroom is stocked with a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Makeup towels are available along with a hair dryer. A starter supply of toilet paper is also stocked. An iron and ironing board are available. Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using Greenware pots & pans and silicone utensils. A starter supply of paper towels and dish soap are stocked! The dining area has a bistro table with 2 chairs. Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar. We provide a starter set of k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia! Free laundry is available onsite; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. You'll have access to a garage stall during your stay! $50 per month pet fee per dog. $250 nonrefundable pet fee per dog. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. Guest access Guests will have access to the entirety of the studio unit, the basement for the washer & dryer, the general shared hallway space in the building, a garage stall, the driveway and yard space. Other things to note This unit is in an apartment building that does allow pets, so you may hear or come across other guests with their pets in common areas. Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years or older. Children and other guests are welcome when accompanied by the eligible booking guest.
