Family trip: nice house for 10

Our spacious 140m2 house is located in the municipality of Mosqueruela, an hour and a half from Teruel. This cozy, rural-style home with a fireplace is located in a picturesque village in the province of Teruel with a population of 532 inhabitants and a beautiful natural setting. It's the perfect place to disconnect from the routine, relax with family, and enjoy nature. With a capacity for 10 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space The house has direct access from the street. As you can see in the photos, the house has 4 floors and consists of the following spaces: Ground floor - Hall, play area, full bathroom and shared laundry and woodshed space First floor - a living room area with sofa, fireplace and a small balcony - the separate kitchen with a dining area with an extendable dining table Second floor * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 135*190 and 2 single beds in the form of a bunk bed of 90*190/90*190 * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 150 x 190 and 2 single beds in the form of a bunk bed measuring 90 x 190/90 x 190 - 1 bathroom with shower Attic * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 150 x 190 (ceiling between 3 and 4 meters high) It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property Towels, linens, and hand soap included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask us any questions. The house does not have air conditioning. The house has heating by electric radiators in all rooms, controlled by a thermostat in each radiator. Hot water works through a 100-liter electric water heater: once it runs out, just wait for the water heater to fill up again. If you come by car, you can't park on the street of the house, but you can leave the car in the town hall square, or next to the soccer field, or next to the school and the park.
