Family trip: pretty house for 10

Our spacious 140m2 house is located in the municipality of Mosqueruela, 1 hour and a half from Teruel. This cosy rural style house with fireplace is located in a picturesque village in the province of Teruel with a population of 532 inhabitants and a beautiful natural environment. It is the perfect place to disconnect from routine, relax with the family and enjoy nature. With capacity for up to 10 guests, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay. The space The property has direct access from the street. As shown in the photos, the house has 4 floors and consists of the following spaces: Ground floor -entrance hall, games area, bathroom and shared space for laundry and woodshed. First floor - a lounge area with sofa, fireplace and a small balcony - the separate kitchen with a dining area with an extendable dining table Second floor * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 135*190 and 2 single beds in the form of bunk beds 90*190/90*190 * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 150*190 and 2 single beds in the form of bunk beds 90*190/90*190 - 1 bathroom with shower Attic * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 150*190 (ceiling height between 3 and 4 meters) This is a warm and welcoming space, used and orientated to provide the best stay for the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask us any questions you may have. The property does not have air conditioning The house is heated by electric radiators in all rooms, controlled by a thermostat in each radiator. The hot water is supplied by a 100 litre electric water heater: once the water has been used up, you just have to wait for it to fill up again. If you come by car, it is not possible to park in the street of the house, you can leave your car in the town hall square, or next to the football pitch, or next to the school and the park.
