Great View, Great Launch Site, Fiber Optic Cable

This privately-owned, two story house has everything you need for a vacation; fishing, wind sports, mountain biking, or just relaxing. The beach right below us has a Great Uncrowded Launch Site. Our house is named "Casa Cardon" after the cactus that grows by the thousands in this area. The space We are close to the beach (5 minute walk) and yet in the wild. There are only a few houses around us, we are surrounded by nature. Lots of birds and chipmunks and the occasional rabbit (actually hares) can be seen on the property. We have a campfire area you can use, (we'll get the wood). It's inspiring to see the brilliant stars as you sit by a flickering fire in the desert night. The views from the ground floor are good, from the balcony wonderful and from the roof an incredible 360 degree view of the bay, the mountains and Cerralvo island. In the evening the light off the island has that soft evening glow as you watch the shadows move up the mountains on the island. If you're an early riser the predawn glow over the far horizon is just glorious. Guest access The entire house is exclusively your. Other things to note The owners live on the property and are available for any problems 24/7. The staircase from the living room area to the second floor bedroom is outside, you can see it in the photo.
