Rental unit in Hamburg

A warm “Moin” from Hamburg! You'll be staying in a cozily furnished basement room in my single-family home, which I also live in, in the quiet Elbe suburb of Blankenese. Your area has a separate entrance and its own bathroom, allowing you to retreat in privacy. It is well suited for 1–2 people who prefer a quiet and private setting. The space You will be staying in a cozily furnished room with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a small sitting and dining area. This includes a bathroom with a shower. In the room, there is a small facility for heating simple meals, as well as a small refrigerator. The apartment doesn't have an oven. The apartment is not suitable for “proper” cooking. Particularly tall people should be informed before booking that the ceiling height in the apartment is only about 2.12 meters (7 feet), and in the shower, it is 1.90 meters (6 feet 3 inches). Outdoors, seating and a beach chair are available. You are welcome to bring your bike. There are several options to lock it in the garden. There are also two cover tarpaulins for bicycles in the apartment. Please be aware that this is a non-smoking apartment. To smoke, please go outside. Free parking is available right in front of the house on the street. Very close are the Elbe, the famous staircase district of Blankenese as well as many small shops, pharmacies, restaurants and shopping. The nearby S-Bahn stations Iserbrook (600 meters) and Blankenese (800 meters) can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The S-Bahn takes you to Hamburg city center, the main train station and the sights of the city of Hamburg in 20 to 30 minutes. Guest access The area has a separate entrance and is available for your exclusive use. Outside, there is a small terrace with a table, chairs, and a beach chair. Other things to note The City of Hamburg charges a city tax of 1.20 euros per person per day, which I have to pay for you.
