Enjoy Surfing, exploring, fishing, whale watching and more! 2 minute walk to Pelican Beach, come home and enjoy bbqing, the game room, s’mores by the outdoor fire or a movie on one of the many big screen TVs. This home has it all! Perfect for large groups. Separate RV & event space for additional fee. The space This 2-story, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is perfect for a family getaway. Upon entering the main floor, you’ll be greeted by the sunroom, a cozy spot to relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, watch the sunset, or tackle your work in the private workspace. This room has a full bathroom with a shower. From the sunroom, you’ll enter the main living area, ideal for kicking back on the large reclining sofa and watching a movie on the 60-inch smart TV. Or, you can simply relax and enjoy each other’s company. Prepare a delicious meal in our fully stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. Just off the kitchen is the dining room, spacious enough for the whole family to enjoy a meal, do a puzzle, or play a board game at our large 8-person dining table. For a friendly competition, try a game of pool, air hockey, or darts. Or, if you’re in the mood for some sports, complete with surround sound, check out the game room just outside the kitchen. Your furry friend will love this space too, as it has a doggy door leading to a fully fenced yard. We have plenty of sleeping space both downstairs and upstairs. Downstairs, we have a large room with a king bed and a 55-inch smart TV. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, a 40-inch TV, a game system, and a fireplace. Upstairs, you’ll find the third bedroom with a queen bed and a half bath that leads to our fourth bedroom, which includes a king bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and a beautiful view of the neighbors’ horses and the ocean. On the property, you’ll find private hiking trails, a picnic area with ocean views, a fire pit, an outdoor BBQ, a large lawn perfect for outdoor games and sports, or take a short two-minute walk to Pelican Beach State Park. You don’t have to travel far for endless adventures. Just a 3-minute drive north to Brookings or a 10-minute drive south to Crescent City. Both areas offer endless dining, entertainment, and shopping.
