Other things to note This older home is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the Uptown shopping district. I wanted to offer an affordable option for families desiring to be in a super convenient location. It's not a fancy home, but everything is in good working order and it is meticulous kept up (not remodeled). Park in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. Walk to the Uptown District; shops, galleries, restaurants, coffee shops etc. You can drive to West Sedona or take a shuttle. There is a convenient shuttle to some of the most visited trail heads.
