Covered sun room, beach area, and forested area around home on 3 acres. Other things to note Grocery shopping is 20 to 30 minutes away. If you plan on cooking, it is best to come stocked. There is a short gravel path to the hot tub, bring flip flops. Hot tub area in sun room is for guests only. We have our own hot tub on our separate deck. Fishing licenses are required on Table Rock Lake for ages 16 to 65. Public boat ramp is 1 mile down the road on our street. There is room on the property to park boat trailer.
