Brand new apartment, on the ground floor of a pavilion close to the thermal chain of the sun, the priests. No direct view of the river from the windows, but just go out into the large garden. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (and 2 bathrooms), and the sofa bed in the living room sleeps two extra people. The neighborhood is very peaceful, with the sea less than 3/4 hour by car (bus available). About 35 minutes from Perpignan and 25 minutes from the Spanish border. Many walking and mountain biking trails are from the property. You can take the greenway 5 min from the house to the sea. Less than 10 minutes by car from the Amélie les Bains Thermal Spa and Equestrian Center.
