Located at less than 1 km to the next beaches, our newly renovated terraced house has everything for you to enjoy your next holidays: Two comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a nice living - dining area wait for you and your family! Enjoy the large terrace where you can see beautiful sunsets, the relaxing pool and the great area close to the beautiful town Denia with large beaches and lot's of things to do! The space The terraced house "La Casita" is located in a quiet and beautiful residential area of Els Poblets and is part of a well cared and completely closed complex with a large swimming pool and nice garden areas. You enter the house through the large terrace where you start your day with a nice coffee and finish it with a glass of beautiful spanish red wine enjoying the sunset! On the ground floor you and your family can relax in the light flooded living - dining room. The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances such as dish washer, washing mashine, microwave, kettle, coffee machine etc. A small toilet is also on the ground floor. On the first floor you find two modern bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second one with two individual beds. The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, fans and air conditioning.! A bathroom with shower as well as a small balkony are also on the first floor. Of course "La Casita" also offers air conditioning on both floors, fly nets on all windows, fast Wifi and a modern TV with international Channels, Netflix, Youtube etc. Info for pet owners: one small dog is welcome to join you on your holiday! The house has a completely closed terrace, but no own garden. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on the sofá! Guest access The whole terraced house is privately for you and you will have access to all areas of the residential complex. The swimming pool and the garden areas are shared with the other residents of the complex. There are also reserved parking places for the complex. Other things to note La Casita is located at less than a 1 km , so aproximately 10 minutes walk from the next beaches, which is the Almadrava beach. The terraced house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood with many villas and bungalows. Many British and German people live there all year round. Several bars, restaurants and a grocery store are just a few minutes walking distance from "La Casita". The village Els Poblets, also just at a 10 minutes walk, offers several nice restaurants, bars and a big supermarket! The beautiful town Denia is approx. 8 km away from La Casita, and the airports of Alicante and Valencia are both at a one hour drive.
