No aggressive breeds allowed. → Dogs must be crated when unattended & leashed outside • 1 car only – street parking • No smoking or vaping inside We’re locals who love this city—ask us anything! We’re happy to share tips, food spots, and hidden gems to make your stay amazing. Guest access Guests will receive an access code at 3:00 p.m. on their check-in day. This access code is for the smart lock on the entrance to the suite space. Guests will receive a message at 12:00 pm the day of check in with parking instructions. Other things to note We have made every effort possible to soundproof our home from our guest suite. However, our guests may hear our family during their stay, including our young children. Please keep this in mind when booking. Please note we live in a coastal area. Water bugs may exist during the summer months from time to time. We exhaustively clean to ensure the best room possible for our guests.
