While the layout feels like a large 1-bedroom thanks to the barn doors, it is technically a studio (as the bedroom does not have a window). Additional Note: You may hear occasional footfall from the residents above. Guest access Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire guest suite, with no shared living spaces. Access to the guest suite is around the side and to the back of the property. Other things to note There is a shared washer and dryer onsite. Access to the laundry room is on rotating days and from the exterior. There is no control over the thermostat as it’s shared with the other unit. The temperature is set to 68 degrees but can be adjusted as needed. Space heater can be provided by request.
