A three-bedroom house, a multi-service space on the ground floor, two full bathrooms, the main one with a Jacuzzi and a powder room, a terrace with a barbecue grill, ideal for families on a rest plan. NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTY PLANS. An excellent place for foreigners, ideal for families. The space Arriving by two roads, you pass a golf course and enter a private estate with 24-hour surveillance. Our beautiful residence is close to supermarkets and grocery stores to go by car and about 500 meters from the beach, where you can rent a set of umbrellas, chairs and tables facing the sea at affordable prices. There is restaurant service but you can also take your cooler with your things. The subdivision has a clubhouse with a swimming pool, two wading pools, palapas, bathrooms, shower, children's areas with games, a botanical garden ideal for reading or simply spending time with nature, green areas with gardens, tennis court. These are common areas that EVERYONE can enjoy (please read and respect the regulations). When you get home you will find the terrace where you can set up tables and chairs available with a barbecue to spend great moments with friends and family. Upon entering, there is a living room with TV and Wi-Fi, a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, blender, cutlery, pans, dishes, etc. Both the dining room and the living room have ceiling fans, and there are three bedrooms upstairs, all with air conditioning, a full bathroom, and the master bedroom has another bathroom with a Jacuzzi. We are interested in families or people who come to enjoy the benefits of the climate and the sea, making the most of their days of rest or relaxation.
